SHIPPING POLICY

All orders for domestic buyers are shipped through registered domestic courier companies or speed post services. Upon order confirmation, we take up to 0-3 business days to process and ship the order. Delivery time usually takes between 3-8 working days depending on the delivery area and the courier company’s standard. Free shipping is available for all orders within India unless specified during the course of special offers and promotions.

For international customers, the products are delivered through registered international courier services or International Speed Post. Delivery is made within 0-3 business days from the date of payment confirmation or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery time also depends on the country of delivery and the norms of the delivery company. Naturika Delights will not be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of products due to custom clearance, courier service or any other event beyond our control.

All orders will be shipped to the address given while checking out. The buyer is duty-bound to provide accurate and complete shipping address so as to simplify delivery incidences of failed deliveries. In case an order cannot be delivered due to the information provided by the customer, re-shipping charges may be incurred. Once the shipment of the order is made, we shall notify the customer through the email provided that the shipment has been made, and buyers can track their orders in real-time.
