Order Acceptance
- Naturika Delights reserves the right to accept or reject any order.
- Order acceptance is confirmed upon dispatch of the product.
- After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation on your registered email and/or phone number with a unique Order ID.
- Please mention your Order ID in all communications related to your order.

- Full refund: If cancellation is requested on the same day the order is placed.
- If cancellation is requested after the same day, the order will be treated as confirmed and cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
Our items are perishable, so all transactions are final. However, a refund may be issued under the conditions below.
Eligible Scenarios
- Order Cancellation
If the order is cancelled by the cut-off time (the same day it was placed). - Out of Stock
If the product becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. - Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a broken/damaged or incorrect product, contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
The unused product must be returned to initiate the refund process. - Quality Concerns
If the product seal is broken or tampered with, it is not eligible for return or refund.
Returned products will be inspected. If the concern is found genuine, the refund will be approved.
Refund status updates will be shared via email and/or message.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Non-Eligibility for Refund
- The shipment was returned due to an incorrect delivery address.
- Delivery arrangements were not made and the product was not accepted.
- You refuse delivery for reasons other than product damage.
- Damage or issues are reported after 24 hours of product receipt.
- Quality-related concerns are reported after 3 days of product receipt.
Note: Naturika Delights reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on inspection and this policy.
Shipping Costs
For returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.
